1. You can't. You can keep the sword permanantly, but evil entity will kill all non-main quest NPC's in that part of the map. If you don't want them to get slaughtered, you have to leave the sword behind. There are lots of other good swords around.
2. I think there are some levers or switches in the abbey basement you'll need to flip to open the last doors.
3. South of the park in Verdistis, you'll hear some women gossiping, they'll drop some names and mention Afrasm, the bartender in the local pub. Talk to him about those names, and he'll point you to someone else. Talk to that person about the names, and he'll tell you how to find the brothel.
