OK, but in another thread that I opened weeks ago, Lar said that UI was almost finished...so it can be very similar to the final UI one...

That probably will be it but before release it'll be tweaked.
The 360 version of the UI will be most likely totally different.

Highly doubt its the 360 UI.
Looking at the pictures the game was played on PC.
