yeah, an intel graphics card is basically a 'no-go' for any decent PC games. I disagree that laptops are no good for gaming, it's just that you can't upgrade them like you could a gaming PC. But there are plenty of laptops out there that fit the bill, you just need to make sure you've got a good graphics card... which usually makes most such laptops quite a bit more expensive. I got my girlfriend's laptop recently and it had a 9600M GT with 1024 MB VRAM I think. It runs any game I've played on it smoothly, and as I'm not really interested in shooters and benchmarks, I'm sure it will do so for a few years to come.
