I also want to experience my beloved
Rivellon the purest way - unspoiled as much as possible by the "administrative" layer over it!

Anything else just seriously damages the immersion, one of the key features of RPG feeling.
And any guidance features ruin it for the "Explorer" type of player.

I would only consider use of thingies like a quest compass when picking up a game again previously abandoned for a longer period of time.
Then it comes in handy... for a brief re-orientation phase, that´d be!
So i hope the Larians had a change of mind (or even planned it from the start, just didn´t want to miss the fun to stir us up by leaving us in the dark about it

)
... and made these "dirty little helpers" at least optional.
Risen will,
Arcania alias
Gothic 4 will - so why shouldn`t
Divinity 2?

Apart from that, happy congratulations to that raving preview!

If the shipped game really holds up to it, you´re hopefully in for some roaring success.

All that year-long work and passion put in would certainly deserve it.
