The problem has been solved already, thank you.
The gamer uninstalled and reinstalled the game and did copy the file dialogfolder.dir from Act3 to Act4 and only copied the last score before Act4 to the savegame directory. Result: no more crashes
There must have been one (or more) corrupt file.
