Many thanks for your polite reply,and as you say the box states dual core but im not sure if this is just ment as a measure of the power of the cpu needed as when im playing the game there is only one core showing as in use,this may well be an error in windows 7 as im sure its not officially supported,that was why the post was directed towards larian in the hope of a reply from them,but thanks for your time anyway
