So you are experiencing the exact same crash but in another spot. That makes it even more interesting (read: difficult)
I am trying to look for something you guys have in common so that we know how to reproduce this.

Does it work when you disable or even quit Antivir?
Is it possible to test the game with your Terratec Sixpack disabled in hardware?
Could you please upgrade WinXP to service pack 3?
