I could finally fix my problem by just reinstalling the game.
In my first installation DirectX had been installed and when I started the DXSETUP.exe from DVD it told me logically that I have the latest version.
In my second installation DirectX could be installed again, so either it had be uninstalled with the game before or I actually didn't have the latest DirectX. I dont't know.^^
