You are indeed very near the minimum of the minimum with that laptop. You do have dual core, but the speed is very low. You only have one gigabyte of memory. Your graphics card only has 128MB of memory (which it may steal off of your system memory). And a GeForce 7 is also pretty low. Those facts, plus the fact that it's all "laptop hardware" (always a bit slower than their desktop counterparts), will have an influence on your gaming experience...

1. Try playing on a very low resolution like 800x600 with lowest graphical settings. You can try going up once you've found that something works, and see how far you can go.

2. That may be the latest driver that officially came out for that card, but graphics drivers for laptops are seldom kept up to date. Drivers of half a year old are, well, really old. Try a newer driver from websites such as http://www.laptopvideo2go.com (they are not official, but have helped laptop gamers a lot)
