The English PC version should be available in September; no exact date or English publisher has been announced yet. There is also no word yet on whether the English version will be available by downloadable distribution.
I believe the German version can be downloaded from a couple places. With a bit of tinkering it is possible to switch it to English text (German voices), but with the official English release not too far off I have not bothered with that. There are several people who have done this language switch in the
Help/Tips/Tricks forum, though.
