I am not implying your pc has a problem or that you mistreat it. I think there is a piece of hardware that is incompatible with the game or with SecuROM, or that one of the required software installations is not properly installed. (The ones that come with the game DVD.) But if you are not willing to further investigate what the cause is, I cannot help you any further.
