Well, that problem we all have. I read that at least with Nvidia cards there is an easy workaround for this by renaming the "Divinity2.exe" in the games folder to "oblivion.exe". I can't say for curtain if it works since I got an ATI card but it is at least worth a try for those with NV cards.
