Personally I have played several games with the WASD keys - and it does take a little while to get use to - but after that - you just play, (and especially if you are used to the 10-finger system. ) It is really not a problem - I am left handed and and it is not something that gets in my way of playing after a while - I often find that with lots of games I need a bit of adjustment in the beginning before the game flows. Just jump right into it and enjoy the game.
