to sum up:
the part in the goblin house on the tree on the island the big statue is facing to is the problem.
if you pick it up before you went to the port and accept the zeppelin quests you can not complete the quest. should be easily fixed by the game developers. (I was able to fly to aleroth with 8/9)

Also unter'm Strich:
Wenn man auf der Insel, die die große Statue anschaut in das Haus auf dem Baum klettert und das Teil mitnimmt und dann die Zeppelin-Quest am Hafen annimmt, kann man die Quest nicht beenden. Ich konnte aber dennoch zu Aleroth.
