Dude you need to use spoiler tags and improve on paragraph writing skills (it's why I avoided replying until in a good mood).
I don't think hearts were meant to be frequent drops like you'd like. Though you can save/load until you get one off each goblin. This game wasn't designed to be easy Larian staff keep stressing that. That extra xp your trying to get will turn into a waste as each time you level up, the monsters give less xp.
