Your dragon stone is disabled until you defeat Stone. This is by design. However, if you run outside without defeating Stone, it will stay that way (this is a bug). Bottom line: defeat Stone
...but that's the point. My Dragon Stone never works again after entering the Arena. I -have- defeated Stone and his pets.
Let me try this... I will reload to just before I entered the Arena, where the stone still works, and then I'll wack up on Stone again. Let's see if my ring will work after that....(this time)
