There is huge difference: There are rules in this fantasy world which say that a potion can heal you and which herbs create a potion like this and so on. So thats explained.
But i haven't found a rule which says: There are goblins who don't need hearts.
get it?
In a good fantasy world things like this would be explained by rules or something and not just happen for no logical reason.
