changes the ending... the story was intended to end this way as the second part of a trilogy. I compare the ending to 'The empire strikes back' where Han Solo was trapped in ice
Anyway, the ending is negative but for me that was actually refreshing - the only other RPG with an ending similar to this is Dungeon Siege 2. I am certain that the next game will give the player the opportunity to 'set things straight'.
