Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Enter Maxos Tower

Hi, I need some help. I've defeated the other Dragon Slayers and entered Maxos tower, but i can't open the second door. The pedestal in front of Door is of no help either.

I have the Key I got from Lord Lovis. What am I doing wrong?. I'd appreciate any help or guidance, since I can't proceed further in the game.

Try asking or searching in the Help/Tips/Tricks forum. Many of the people following the main D2:ED forum are still waiting on the official English release, so would not be able to help. Fortunately you have a specific topic title, though, so anyone trying to avoid spoilers can easily do so.

how do you enter?

After you have visited Lord Lovis, you have a key. Then you just... enter.
There's a trick inside the temple, if you stand before the book and the door won't open just
.

If you do not yet have the key (have not spoken to Lovis), you cannot enter the Maxos Temple.
