1. You'll be able to get the book and complete the quest only after you can morph into dragon. So yes, you need wings =)
2. The cave where you have to kill the ghosts is right next to the quest giver. Look around for a trap door on the ground.
3. Go at the beach camp and in the shipwreck you'll find the female skill trainer. Talk to her, she'll give you a quest and that quest is related with solving the Tombstone one. For more detailed info related to the quest(but more spoilers) please check this thread
