Well this is what worked for me so far. Simply save when that glitch comes up quit game and enter again load that save and it should work.
Unfortenately, that doesn't work, only for shrines up till now.
Stop using NoCD .exe fajl and play with DVD in your drive.
=x I prefer to keep using quicksave/quickload than having my drive occupied all the time i'm playing, it can be used to do various other things while i play ^^
