Well, the company and nationality listed are wrong. If they did a formal rating review, they were not very thorough about it. Perhaps they list new games with a preliminary rating and whatever information is handy without having to look anything up? Lots of gaming and merchant websites list guesses for stuff they do not know (like release dates) or apparently have default values that get listed if they don't fill in anything else.
