I found the last two, but I have no idea where to find the first two.

To find the last two,
one of them is camped outside the cave of Barbabus (?), facing the water. The other one is in a trap door behind a bush in one of the cliff faces, close to stone's teleporter.

I got them all but where do I find the two living people who are waiting for me?
