Hi

I was wondering if an Australian release date has been confirmed,
because on the EB Games website it states a release date for
Divinity 2 on the 23/09/2009

I was just wondering if anyone can clarrify this, and if true,
why so soon before the American release date in December??

Still all very confusing at this point regarding release dates...

North american is stated for somewhere in december by CDV, belgian/benelux is stated for middle september by their local retailer while UK and rest of europe is not anounced yet so most people (i think, at least i am) quite unsure if Europe gets the US release date or september date.

Now the new australian release date set for September also might hint that the international non-US version is the same as the benelux date, but ... who knows. This is more and more of a soap-opera by the day, and i can say that me as a dire old fan of larian is geting a little upset at all this suspense and drama.

I know the fans can't always be made happy, but all i wanted to know would be when can i get the game. If they say its December its ok, i dont mind waiting. What i would want is to balance/program my budget to buy games, i dont necessarily have infinite money to purchage games in a monthly basis
(damn my wife and her nagging)

This is all too confusing.
Surely Larian must know who the Publishers are and should know the date.
There needs to be an official comment on all these dates flying around.

Can a publisher or developer please comment on this. I really cannot wait to play the game, and if I had to wait until December thats cool, but it's the not knowing thats the killer.

Well Lynn has said the Australian Release won't be before Europe.
Unless she Benelux by Europe since its supposedly coming September 25th.
I dunno, its all too confusing.

EB games website has been wrong a bunch of times. I'm doubting they'd release an English version in one country and not in the other. Anyone that want it bad enough from Australia would import it and that would take away from the sales in Europe and America.

I dont see why they cant organise a proper release date. How hard can it really be.
