Your computer should be fine. According to the chart in the second link below, it should run the game smoothly at 1280x720, medium details, all effects activated, but no plant rendering (the recent patch makes a few improvements in graphics quality and adds additional options, as well).

Divinity II System Requirements

Gamestar Review-Box Translation - near the end of the topic is a chart from GameStar.de with various CPU/GPU/RAM options, and how they would expect the game to run on that system (see the reply for a translation).

That is an interesting chart for the D2 system requirements even though its a very rough sketch. For example, i cant understand why they put Quad Core CPUs as they were faster than C2D with a higher frequency since games atm dont realy benefict much from more than 2 cores (even the 2nd core is only marginal gain) so i cant quite see how a E8600 will be worse than a Q6600 acording to the chart.

Quad core won't be better than dual core at this moment. In fact, if you force the game to run on only one core, you will have less issues (patch 1.02 has improved this somewhat, but unfortunately it is still true.)

You might want to consider a gfx card upgrade. With what you have right now, you are going to have to run the game in pretty low settings. Though between now and the English release, there could be more optimizations done. But I just wanna give you a heads up, since I can't comfortably run the game at all max'ed out settings with my GTX 295, esp. with the "stuttering" bug/issue.

maybe the us release will be diff i mean their still working on it as we speak i think thats what i hear their making the release on it longer so they canmake the game way better less buggy and better graphiced but we'll see and thanks for the heads up
