English-language releases are usually first, most and better than local variants. Atari, for example, who publishs NWN here in Germany, never bothered to translate the NWN1 commercial, downloadable modules of Bioware into one package - similar to the "Diamond" release of NWN1 for the English-language market.
You are acting like a child being used to Luxury - the Luxury of having all games first, and best patched. Why bother people in some small countries speaking some nonunderstandable languages wanting some games, too ? And even in their own languages ?
You are argueing from the point of view of somone who is used to be delivered first, first and foremost ! You don't care about people in other countries suffering delayed releases of fantastic games while the rest of the world laughs at them, points at them, saying "you still haven't got it ?"
