His point is valid, although it should not be aimed at Larian Studios but at DTP. They are seriously making a mess of things. Claas Wolter publicly mentioned the release date would be September in a video interview at E3. That has been changed by DTP at a later stage to "Fall 2009" (and fall is from September 21 to December 21).
Apparently a publishing deal has still not been finalized yet for the English version (besides the US), otherwise something would have been announced.
