If you saved your game under a new name before doing this fix, just copy the dialog.000 file from the original game into the fixed game folder. If not, use a file from your most recent save.
Unless you have done a great deal before noticing the problem with the conversations, you should consider re-loading a save from before the fix, and re-do it more carefully.
