I finished the Elrath's quests then got the find cure potions quest. When i come back to Elrath's house, i can't enter. The door is locked. How to enter it again?

Once Elrath is arrested you can not get back into the house by normal means. You can get there by either;

Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor

or the technique in

FIX for the Missing Catacombs Portal.

Alternately, you can just get replacement cure potions.

you could have set a teleporting stone in the basement before leaving and then use the other one to get back.... easy

If you know in advance that you will need to get back into the cellar, though, it would be easier to just take the cure potions and letter at the same time.

For People That Need Help Getting Access To Elraths Cellar..

For One When You First Go To Elraths House And He Kicks You Out. Instead Of Using The Key To Get In Just LockPick The Door Do What You Need To Do And When He Is Arrested Use The Key And You Can Get Back in =D

How Do I Know This..

Lol I Lived In His House For Some Time After Being Kicked Out... haha shame on me

There are several workarounds for not getting the cure potions (links in my first reply in this topic). It is also an optional quest with no great reward (despite one of them claiming his rich father would compensate you), so you could just skip the quest.
