Vista 64bit, huh? Barely doubt it wasn't tested by publisher/devs on that platform and barely doubt it's the issue, but well... lemme ask another guy with that that problem
here.
Also, have you tried to contact support? Actually, there must be a Support section now. but I dunno why mods still didn't add it.
