lol, yea i had the mage head to. but at that time i was using a melee specie. with a ghost (for 10 sec that is xD) and yea i noticed. if you max like for example fire ball or xplosive arrow. that they can kill multiplie enemys in 1 shot! so its actually handy to max those skills.
