When I entered Broken Valley Village, I said no to the Richard's question about hunting the goblins. Now it seems to me that he has disappeared. Does anyone know where can I find him (if it is possible)? I should have answered with yes, I know, but I thought I could come to him later and then go hunting..

Denying him is just fine and you can find Richard later, further down the valley ... among goblins ...
