If it's true that the german version doesn't have these bugs but apparently the benelux & fr do I wonder what the delay is in releasing the patch. I'll be pretty ticked off if we have to wait for the us release to receive a proper patch. It's especially irritating that this clearly seems to be an engine bug since lowering gfx options doesn't solve or even reduce the problem.
