Hello i'm trying to do "Delicated Affairs" quest but when i open the coffer and Raj and Khan appears i refuse to give then the gem and when i start fighting i don't have any chance to win,they kill me in 10 secs,i can't turn into dragon.I'm level 26! any clue!?

... you should be able to turn into a dragon. You're in the open air... so just move and try again until you can change.
