Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Unable to solve the "3 candles quest"

Same problem here...i killed the elfes en saved Elfrith and i think i got the book.The problem is..i can't find the book in my inventory and i don't get extra options when i light the candles or talk to the cross.
Is it possible i sold the book and can't finish the game now?

I solved the quest...the book is a quest item and can't be sold.Just select the book and read it in front of the cross...you get the quest update.
