how i can get throuhgt the Catacombs door in the Battle tower? I can t find any key to open that door and i search everywhere

Which door?

For exterior doors, you can not open the door by the teleporter shrine; head back down the path a bit, and take the other branch up to a different entrance.

Inside, the locked door on the second floor is opened with a key on a creature in the basement.

the third floor room

Did you mindread the mute goblin, and then read the book he was thinking of in the bookcase on the opposite side of the room (at the far back, on the right as you enter the room)? You may need to scroll down the list of books.
On the floor above, where you need to go for a key, there is a hidden room, opened by lighting the two candles on either side at the back.

I don't recall a locked door on the third floor, but you may need to open the secret room to get access. The door on the fourth floor will be opened by Sassan, once you have the name of the demon, locked away in the secret room (after entering the summoning chamber, you will loose access to many of the areas and NPCs in Broken Valley and Sentinel Island).

how can i leave the battle tower? i still have tu rescue that sailor from the three

There is a teleporter shrine in the basement you can use to leave, or you should be able to go to the ground floor, and just head out the way you came in.

The only sailor you need to rescue was the one on top of the pillar, which you have done already if you are inside the battle tower.

If you are past the fight with Laiken and done the first dragon battle, there is a teleporter shrine in the master's chambers, down the elevator behind the throne.

i can t leave the tower the way i come..the air is poisioned and i cand get throught..and the sailor quest i didnt finish..i still have to go to the top of that three in my dragon form

Take the elevator behind the throne platform down, and use the teleporter shrine by the left wall in the dining room. If that elevator is blocked off by a forcefield, take the main door out of the throne room, to get to the trainer's platform, and go grab the dragon stone (after you take out enough opponents, you will automatically return to the battle tower and be able to teleport out).

Once you get to the teleporter shrine outside on Sentinel Island (the one by the locked door into the battle tower is above the poison gas), jump up the nearby rocks and run over to an area where there are no over-hanging branches in order to turn into a dragon and fly to the ship in the tree (there are a few other things around to find / loot, as well, in addition to the remaining opponents you can finish off).
