Untrue, I didn't encounter ANY issue on german retail release. Even on 1.00 and even with language hack.
Weird Div2 must be the only game that you have seen in 2009 I think. Because, I'm playing the 1,02 version, I nearly finished the first 1/3 part of it and haven't encountered a single bug in quests, graphics, sounds, character development,etc yet.
