If you have your Modem, LAN, Sound, and Video working, that warnings under "Non-Plug and Play Drivers", are probably motherboard related drivers, in my case, i need to install the VIA drivers to install these, because my chipset is VIA. But it has nothing to do with you memory problem (i think?).
