Hello everyone i had an action going on that some lady destroyed the tunnel and blocked the way.. Can anybody help with that? I also need to find the cave that I need to clean for the dragon guy in the tunnel quest name is (Ghostbuster)

You can pass trough wall of one of prison cells and find some C4 there

There is a button on the left wooden beam in the left room with the candle, you will see it when u get close to it.
