You need correct weapon combination. 70-111 I had at lvl 12.

10 points in dual
Main hand - Barnabu mace. Melee 41-51 +15, magic 12-15 +9
I also enchant it with +21 melee and +15 magic
Offhand - Warhammer of doom
Melee 42-51 +18
2 similar to barnabu mace enchantments
Total dmg melee 388-412 plus 115-138 magic.
forgot to mention on top of it i have lvl 31 demon plus pet and my firewall does 250 dmg for 5 sec.
