Aham.. Have you ever tried pressing number "1" on your keyboard when you are at that loading screen before entering zeppelin? I think it is because Rhode chick tells you something before you go with a conversation which ends with "End" button, then there you have to click "End" to finish the conversation. IF you don't you will do it on loading screen. Or else it will never load.
