The German collector's edition includes the game, a figurine (~20cm) with a metal sword / letter opener, cloth map, soundtrack CD (just over 20 minutes IIRC), poster (A3) and a temporary tattoo. I would assume the map and manual are both in German. There is a picture on the game's amazon.de listing.
