You need to have 3rd prediction from the witch and do all Belengar challenges {not sure about second part, might not be necessary}. He meets you at the entrance to Maxos temple and sends you flying exactly to the Needleman storage location. It is actually up the mountain above 3 sleepers location with no other way to reach it.
