I have started a second playthrough now. I have arrived at the Orabas Fjords and have entered the Fort / Harbour. Inside the harbour, there is a gate. A guard tells me only Champions can enter the proper fort. Is there any way for me to enter?
No, it's impossible. There is no such location in game resources.
