Someone know, how escape from prison? I need help

Which prison? If it is the cell in Iona's dungeon, try clicking on the cell door (even though it is locked); talk to the guards first, if you wish (don't recall if they say much).
I read that one of the prisons (I think in Verdistis) has a lockpick hidden under a pillow, but I always saved before looting/stealing, so I could just reload if I got caught.

Or you could just serve your sentence. You've already lost the reputation by committing the crime, all you'd lose by waiting is a little time. I would just reload and avoid getting caught though.

Don't you loose reputation when you get out of prison, rather than when you are put in? Or does it depend on the circumstances?

If you try to enter Commander Ralph's back room, he can sometimes lock himself in there later in the game, which can be a problem if you need to talk to him to finish a particular quest. One of the solutions for this was to lockpick the door (level 3) after placing a teleporter stone inside the prison cell and the other somewhere on the ground outside the prison. If you then try to enter the back room, get stopped by the guards and agree to go to prison, you can teleport out without loosing reputation, then head back to the prison to recover your stuff.

But when I want to get out from the prison the game always crash I am in prison in Ars Magicana, because i want to go to someones back door

Do you have a recent save you can reload?
If not, there are a couple ways you can 'cheat' to get out of the prison, and hopefully avoid the crash.

You can use the technique in the topic FIX for the Missing Catacombs Portal to get out of prison long enough to get a teleporter stone and make sure the other is on the ground somewhere.
I'm not sure if the Polish and English saves are compatible, but you can use a data.000 file from one of your earlier saves, or start a new game if necessary, rather than use my data.000 files listed in the topic.
