What in the name is a "Scroll of Town Portal" ??? Who can explain me such a thing?
"Scroll of Town Portal" is a well-know thing from Diablo (and diablo-clones after). Creates a portal which teleports you to the town (obviously). The nice aspect here is that you can use the same still opened portal to teleport back in to dungeon.
Like the "Fast-travel" feature in TES4.
