Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks where is the battlekeep/skill reset

So ive been looking through the forums at other things i needed help with and i see some people talking about the battlekeep or skill reset.
Am i wrong or is there something im missing.
I have just taken over my tower and am now a dragon but a skill reset would be handy
