On sites where you direct download the game, they offer the manual in PDF format for free download for anyone so there isn't a copywrite issue or anything like that.
None of those have done it yet which is annoying (e.g.
http://game.gamesplanet.com/produit.html?product_id=1437&category_id=25).
I will ask for someone to upload the manual if possible - thanks.
