Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Rushing to the Battle Tower

I'm in trouble with getting to the Battle Tower. Yes, I have brought Sassan back to life and she's by my side, but it seems quite hard to break the defence of the Battle Tower. Is there any trick I should have noticed? I'm level 17 warrior and quite strong, so I shouldn't have trouble, should I.. There are just so much of men.. And undead!

No tricks. It must be an easy walk. Can you summon any creatures? Do you have any spells, Fireball or firewall?
I had 2 creatures and firewall. Took me less then 5 min to go through.

It wasnt that hard to pass through those bandits near the entrace of the battle tower. I only use my necromantic creature and slash all the way up. Check up on you weapons and armors, see if any enchantment needed. Besides your skills too. I learned my lesson where dont save up too much skill points, learn the skills you needed and you can always unlearned after you obtain your battle tower. Same goes to the stats points.

No spells, but I do have a creature. I could summon it and try to avoid the undead until it's the last enemy to defeat.

if the mass is too strong just pick single enemies out of it via your bow...
killing one after the other takes some time but its most effective

It really wasn't so hard, I overreacted because I didn't succeed at the first try. But thank you guys.

(I'm so happy, I defeated Laiken so now the Battle Tower is mine! And flying is magnificent..)

Glad you finally get your battle tower. I kinda like the air battle too, especially it actually contribute more exp when you reach higher level compare to land fight. Too bad air battle is just bit too little in the game.

O, I love flying in Dragon form so much ...
in the beginnng I was very clumsy with the controller and many times my Dragon die because of my clumsy actions lol !

But at present it goes much better (after practise) and the "Demons" that fly around me, I kill them all now easyly in the Orobas Fjords... also the "Towers", very funny to blow them up!
