And regarding nebarius creature, there a red ore mine across the river where the fortune teller is. The creature is inside the mine. Slay it and get the crystal skull, and nebarius will construct necromantic creatures for you.

have someone find HOW to get in the cellar that is on the right side outside of the church in Brocken Valley Village, nearby the gravetombs??
I search/think many times about this, but not find a clue how to get in! And lockpicking is not a possibilty
